Du übernimmst die komplette Content-Produktion, machst selbst – drehen, schneiden, texten – und entscheidest, was rausgeht. Und wenn der Bereich läuft, baust du dir Stück für Stück Partner dazu auf.

Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die gesamte Content-Produktion für Instagram, TikTok, YouTube und LinkedIn
- Du produzierst selbst: Dreh, Schnitt, Copy, Posting – keine halben Sachen
- Läuft der Bereich, baust du dir Stück für Stück Partner und Freelancer dazu auf: Videografie, Schnitt, Copy, Social
- Du drehst mit Fabian direkt auf unseren Baustellen und Projekten
- Du steuerst Content-Kalender, Deadlines und Produktionsprozesse
- Du analysierst Performance wöchentlich und skalierst, was funktioniert
Qualifikation
- Du hast nachweisbar Kanäle wachsen lassen, mit Zahlen
- Du verstehst Plattformlogiken und Hooks, nicht nur schöne Bilder
- Du kannst Kamera, Schnitt und Copy selbst – du brauchst kein Team, um abzuliefern
- Du lieferst zuverlässig, auch wenn es eng wird
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast einen Führerschein
- Du bist bereit, vor Ort in Grünwald bei München zu arbeiten
