As part of Accenture’s Process Excellence organization within Strategy & Consulting, you will work in a collocated pod that turns AI ambition into measurable business value — taking solutions from problem definition to a live, scalable outcome.

You are a senior, process-driven, industry-embedded advisor. You redesign how businesses get work done by combining AI, automation, and human expertise into smarter, more efficient processes — working at the intersection of business strategy and technology. You govern end-to-end enterprise workflows, create detailed blueprints (architectural plans, system connections, and workflow designs), define where people stay in control and where AI takes over, and translate complex business processes into AI-ready, executable designs for engineering and platform teams. The work demands hands-on design judgment that goes beyond high-level recommendations — turning strategy into concrete plans implementation teams can execute, with an agent-first mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data, reflecting how the business truly operates.
• Identifies where AI, automation, and orchestration can augment or replace human steps — and where human judgment must stay in the loop.
• Defines workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths so each design is unambiguous and ready to build.
• Applies industry and regulatory knowledge to keep workflows compliant, realistic, and aligned to domain operating models.
• Translates client processes into clear, structured requirements that engineers and architects can build against.
• Owns enterprise value realization — defines the value story, value metrics, KPIs, and success metrics, governs the business case, and drives benefits realization at portfolio level.
• Defines and governs the agentic solution design and AI adoption strategy across engagements — agent roles, prompt logic, RAG grounding, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop.
• Leads AI-led and agentic reinvention pursuits — sets the reinvention agenda, shapes the solution roadmap, and designs AI-enabled operating models that embed AI into how the enterprise runs.
• Leads business development and pre-sales for AI-led reinvention pursuits — shapes proposals and RFP responses that convey the solution and its quantified business impact.

Must-have skills

• Deep, hands-on command of AI-led Reinvention and Agentic Reinvention, with strong ability to shape and lead the reinvention agenda across an enterprise.
• Strong Agentic Architecture capability, spanning multi-agent solution design and the architecture patterns that make agentic solutions production-ready.
• Hands-on experience in Solution Design — defining functional workflow designs alongside the relevant technical components and solution interfaces to form a cohesive, implementation-ready blueprint.
• Strong native AI fluency — NLP, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, and Human-Machine Interaction (HMI), including agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Deep Domain Consulting expertise and the ability to design AI-Enabled Operating Models that embed AI into how the enterprise runs.
• Proven capability in Value Realization and Business Case Development — defining, quantifying, and substantiating the value story that underpins a transformation.
• Able to translate reinvention ambition into a sequenced, executable transformation roadmap that phases workflow re-design, automation, and agentic AI adoption across towers, and aligns them to value realization and the business case, and gives engineering, data, and platform teams a build-ready plan.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Process Transformation and Digital Transformation programs end to end across complex enterprise environments.
• Deep process design and architecture expertise — Business Process Strategy & Design, End-to-End Process Architecture, Workflow Analysis & Design, and AI-Ready / Automation-Ready Process Design.
• Practical Automation experience, together with a working command of AI / GenAI Governance to enable covering guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible-AI compliance.
• Industry & Functional Process Expertise, Domain-Specific Operating Models, and Industry Value Stream Knowledge — including end-to-end workflows such as Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, and Source to Pay.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling-with-data skills, combined with analytical thinking, cross-cultural competence, and the ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.

Desirable skills

• Experience with Multi-agent AI and with RPA / intelligent automation tooling such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Semantic Kernel, Lang Graph, Open AI, Claude etc.
• Product Management experience across discovery, scoping, and delivery.
• Domain Expertise and Process Expertise across one or more industry sectors - and across core end-to-end functional workflows (OTC, RTR, PTP etc.) to ground process re-design in domain-specific operating models and leading practice.
• Process discovery & analysis using process-mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

Educational Qualification

MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
