Key Responsibilities

  1. You are a dynamic problem solver, driven by a passion for data and the compelling narratives it reveals.
  2. Constantly challenging the status quo, you possess a keen ability to understand and navigate its complexities.
  3. Graduates/Post Grads from Tier 1/2 colleges with Engineering, Management/ Finance background are preferred.
  4. Strong working knowledge in SQL, Excel and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau.
  5. Understanding of Data-analysis languages like R/Python in core Statistical Concepts is expected.
  6. Support the development, execution and optimization of growth campaigns across various channels to enhance user acquisition, engagement and retention.
  7. Familiar with CRM platforms like Clevertap/Mo-engage. Familiarity with Digital marketing channels and metrics.
  8. Develop and implement sophisticated customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts, enhance targeting accuracy, and drive impactful engagement.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Business, Finance, Product, Tech to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  2. 3-5 Years of experience working as Growth Analyst/Business Analyst in an e-commerce or similar domain (Mandatory).
  3. Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques
  4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker.
  6. Proficiency in SQL and experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or HiveQL.
  7. Expertise with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
