Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Social-Media-Strategie für Instagram, TikTok und YouTube
- Konzeption neuer Content-Formate, Kampagnen und kreativer Ideen
- Planung, Organisation und Steuerung der gesamten Content-Produktion
- Koordination von Creatorn, Videografen, Cuttern und weiteren externen Partnern
- Erstellung von Briefings sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und qualitativ hochwertigen Umsetzung
- Verantwortung für die Content-Planung rund um Konzerte, Festivals, Proben und weitere Events
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Content sowie Unterstützung bei Foto-, Video- und Schnittarbeiten bei Bedarf
- Analyse relevanter KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Social-Media-Performance
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gründer sowie Verantwortung für den weiteren Ausbau des Social-Media-Bereichs
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, Content Marketing oder Digital Marketing
- Nachweisbare Erfolge beim Aufbau oder Wachstum von Social-Media-Kanälen
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Trends, Storytelling, Kurzvideoformate und viralen Content
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Content-Produktionen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorn, Cuttern oder Agenturen
- Organisationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig erfolgreich zu koordinieren
- Führungskompetenz, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Video-Editing-Programmen (z. B. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro oder CapCut)
- Analytisches Denken und Erfahrung in der Auswertung von Performance-Daten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung im Bereich Entertainment, Events, Musik, Anime oder Gaming ist von Vorteil
