Aufgaben
- Du berätst und betreust Bestandskunden rund um Mobilfunkprodukte und -services.
- Du beantwortest Fragen zu Tarifen, Verträgen und weiteren Serviceanliegen.
- Du findest individuelle Lösungen für die Anliegen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden.
- Du dokumentierst die Gespräche sorgfältig im System.
- Du sorgst mit Deiner freundlichen Art für ein positives Kundenerlebnis.
Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Freude am Telefonieren und am Umgang mit Menschen
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
- Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in der Telefonie ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Einen ruhigen Arbeitsplatz im Homeoffice
- Eine stabile Internetverbindung
