- Die Arbeit mit Profil- Datenbanken, Job-Boards und verschiedenen Social Media Kanälen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- In persönlichen und telefonischen Interviews qualifizierst Du die jeweiligen Kandidaten und überzeugst sie von Deinem Projekt.
- Du tauschst Dich eng mit dem Account Management aus und bist über alle Einzelheiten der Stelle und des Auftraggebers im Bilde.
