Unser Kunde ist ein global tätiges Pharmaunternehmen im Bereich der Onkologie.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der globalen Marken- und Portfoliostrategie für das Onkologie Portfolio über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Steuerung und Optimierung globaler Produkteinführungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und lokalen Teams
- Führung eines Teams sowie funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain und weiteren Schnittstellen
- Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken globalen Marketingteams sowie Förderung einer innovationsorientierten Zusammenarbeit
- Präsentation strategischer Empfehlungen gegenüber dem Senior Management sowie Vertretung des Unternehmens auf internationalen Kongressen und gegenüber externen Stakeholdern
Stellenanforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Biowissenschaften, Pharmazie, Medizin, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; MBA von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Pharma Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Onkologie sowie im strategischen Marken- und Portfoliomanagement.
- Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Leitung globaler Produkteinführungen und der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Wachstumsstrategien
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in internationalen, funktionsübergreifenden Organisationen und im Stakeholder-Management
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
