Almond House is seeking a strategic and dynamic Head HR to lead the overall Human Resources function and drive people strategy aligned with business growth objectives. The role requires a seasoned HR leader with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, HR operations, compliance, and culture building.
Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development. Build HR frameworks to support business expansion and operational excellence.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition across corporate, retail, operations, and leadership hiring. Develop recruitment pipelines for critical and niche roles. Build employer branding initiatives and ensure effective manpower planning.
- Organizational Development & Culture: Build a high‑performance culture. Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture‑building initiatives. Design leadership development programs and foster a collaborative, performance‑driven environment.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, documentation, and employee lifecycle management. Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR policies. Establish documentation and compliance frameworks and monitor HR governance standards.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems. Drive goal‑setting, appraisal processes, and employee development plans. Ensure performance alignment across departments.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and build effective communication channels. Strengthen employee trust and workplace engagement.
- Policy Development: Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with organizational needs and legal requirements.

Requirements
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
