Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide FP&A activities by delivering financial and operational insights across multiple business segments, clients, industries, and service lines within a technology staffing and professional services environment.
• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports across revenue, gross margin, workforce productivity, utilization, pricing, and profitability metrics.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers across clients, industries, and business units.
• Support weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles through data collection, consolidation, validation, and reporting.
• Conduct Actual vs Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan variance analysis and provide supporting commentary for management reporting.
• Analyze workforce reporting, resource utilization, productivity, pricing, and operational performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities through data validation, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy checks.
• Assist in report automation, dashboard development, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and data requests to support operational and financial decision-making.

Qualification

• CA/CMA/MBA with overall 8+ years of experience in finance
• Relevant years of hands-on FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting and analysis)
• Proficient in Hyperion (Planning, HFM, Smart View), Enterprise Reporting Mart Excel Add-ins, PeopleSoft/Workday/SAP, Salesforce CRM, Advanced Excel, Slicers, Power Query, SQL
