Job Description

OpenText Archiving, Document Management SME

OpenText Archiving and Document Management SME is a specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using OpenText’s suite of products for enterprise content management (ECM), document management, and archiving. This role ensures that organizations can efficiently capture, store, retrieve, and govern business-critical documents and records in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.​

Skills Needed​

• Document lifecycle management and workflow automation.​
• Regulatory compliance and information governance.​
• Business process analysis and optimization.​
• Deep expertise in OpenText Content Suite, Extended ECM, Archive Center, and related modules.​
• Experience with OpenText integrations (especially with SAP, using OpenText).​
• Understanding of retention, records management.​
• Familiarity with archiving strategies for both structured (SAP data) and unstructured content.​
• Knowledge of security, encryption, and compliance features in OpenText.
