Job Description:
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Ingenium online and batch applications across the policy lifecycle
- Work hands‑on with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2 / SQL in mainframe and distributed environments
- Support Ingenium upgrades and Pathfinder initiatives, including impact analysis, remediation, testing, and stabilization
- Perform defect analysis, debugging, root‑cause analysis, and production support
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure high‑quality, compliant solutions aligned with DXC standards
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and CoE enablement activities
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Ingenium Policy Administration System (online & batch)
- Solid life insurance domain knowledge
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2/SQL, Scripting languages
- Exposure to Pathfinder upgrades or Ingenium modernization is an added advantage
