Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert for HCM employee lifecycle data domains and processes, including hire to retire, organizational structures, job architecture, and compensation data.
- Design and implement data quality controls, governance mechanisms, and audit checks to ensure integrity and consistency of employee lifecycle data.
- Analyze and resolve complex HR data issues, leading root cause analysis across regions, HR functions, and shared services teams.
- Support Mergers, Acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations by managing employee data migration, validation, and harmonization activities within HCM.
- Develop advanced HCM reports, dashboards, and data extracts for global stakeholders and leadership decision making.
- Partner with HR COEs (Talent, Total Rewards), Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate data integration and downstream system alignment.
- Lead functional testing and data validation for HCM enhancements, integrations, compensation cycles, and country rollouts.
- Execute and govern compensation related data changes and actions in Workday, including annual cycles, focal awards, and off cycle adjustments, while coaching junior analysts and reviewing their work.
