About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is looking for a driven and strategic Field Marketing Lead to own field marketing for one of our core Salesforce products across South Asia and ASEAN. This is a high-impact role focused on one core mission: driving pipeline generation for the sales organization. You'll partner closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to design and execute integrated marketing programs that create, accelerate, and convert pipeline across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the field marketing strategy and execution for the assigned Salesforce product/cloud across South Asia and ASEAN (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and other markets as applicable).
  • Build and execute an integrated marketing plan (events, campaigns, digital, ABM, partner marketing) directly tied to sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Partner with regional and global sales leadership to understand pipeline gaps, target accounts, and priority segments, translating these into targeted marketing programs.
  • Plan and deliver a mix of always-on demand generation programs and flagship in-person/virtual events (e.g., executive roundtables, industry forums, product-led events) across both South Asia and ASEAN markets.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize global messaging, positioning, and campaigns for diverse South Asia markets.
  • Work with Digital Marketing, ABM, and Partner Marketing teams to build multi-channel campaigns that support pipeline goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing-sourced/influenced pipeline, campaign ROI, and program effectiveness across the region; continuously optimize based on data.
  • Manage regional marketing budget and vendor/agency relationships to ensure efficient, high-impact spend across multiple countries.
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for sales leadership across South Asia and ASEAN, ensuring tight alignment between marketing investment and sales priorities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing roles, ideally within technology/SaaS/enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing programs that directly contribute to sales pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the India and ASEAN enterprise technology market and buyer landscape, including regional nuances across multiple countries.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and influencing/aligning with senior sales stakeholders across multiple geographies.
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation channels — events, digital, ABM, partner co-marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using pipeline/campaign data (Salesforce CRM, marketing analytics tools) to inform decisions and report on outcomes.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management (VPs & CXOs), communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable operating across time zones and cultures.
  • Ability to manage multiple markets/countries and work with distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform or similar enterprise SaaS products is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to use AI/automation to compress go-to-market timelines — from campaign briefing and asset development to launch — without compromising quality or brand consistency.
  • Comfortable using AI-driven insights and analytics to rapidly test, optimize, and scale campaigns across multiple markets, turning learnings into action faster than traditional marketing cycles allow.
  • Willingness to travel across South Asia as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent quarter-over-quarter growth in marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline for the assigned product across South Asia Market.
  • Strong sales satisfaction and trust, reflected in active co-planning and joint execution with sales leadership across the region.
  • Efficient use of marketing budget with clear, demonstrable ROI across diverse markets.
