Job Description

We are looking for smart, sharp, hardworking industrial engineering students who loves to work in high tempo and looking for a meaningful long term experience in material planning in high complexity & challenging business environment.

Our Team: Material Change Management, in NPI & Planning Solutions Group, Operations division

What you'll be doing:

Material Change Management student in the PDC Operations division will be integrated into a global, cross‑collaborative team, working closely with multiple functions across Planning, Supply Chain, and R&D.

In this role, you will gain extensive knowledge in planning and supply chain processes, using it to drive and lead projects, set timelines based on business environment understanding, operate independently, guide a team located in India, and perform analyses that support continuous improvement.

The role includes high exposure to complex organizational processes and interfaces and requires high interpersonal skills, fast & analytical thinking, high independency and ability to lead activities with no formal authority.

What you should have?

  • 3rd year student for B.S.C in industrial engineering
  • Commitment to work at least 3 days a week from our campus in Rehovot
  • Ability to gain cooperation of others, cooperate and lead complex interfaces with no authority
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in parallel and manage timelines & due dates independently
  • Very good analytical skills, sharp & fast thinker
  • High interpersonal skills, ability to lead and cooperate with complex interfaces
  • Good verbal skills, ability to present and communicate key messages to an audience
  • Excellent English – speaking and writing
