Du unterstützt unsere Talent Acquisition Partner:innen im Tagesgeschäft – vor allem bei der Terminkoordination und administrativen Aufgaben in Personio. Du sorgst mit dafür, dass unsere Bewerbungsprozesse reibungslos laufen und Bewerbemde sich bei uns gut aufgehoben fühlen. Du unterstützt beim Veröffentlichen von Stellenanzeigen und bei organisatorischen Themen rund ums Recruiting. Nach deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst du Schritt für Schritt eigene Verantwortung. Perspektivisch betreust du unsere Werkstudierenden- und Praktikumsstellen eigenständig – von der ersten Abstimmung bis zur Kommunikation mit den Bewerbenden.
Du bist eingeschriebene: r Student:in, zum Beispiel in BWL, Psychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang. Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und organisiert. Du hast Spaß am Austausch mit Menschen und kommunizierst freundlich und professionell. Erste Erfahrungen in HR, Recruiting oder People & Culture sind ein Plus. Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Über Bewerbungen aus dem Kölner Raum freuen wir uns besonders.
