About the Role:

The Team: The Analytics & Insights team serves as a strategic partner to Commercial, Revenue, Product, and Executive Leadership teams, delivering enterprise-wide analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, pricing insights, and decision-support solutions. The team combines analytical expertise, data management, reporting, and consulting capabilities to transform complex business data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer outcomes, and executive decision-making. Operating across a globally distributed model, the team collaborates closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable analytics products, performance management frameworks, forecasting solutions, and strategic business insights
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Business Impact
- Define and lead the analytics strategy aligned with enterprise and MI priorities
- Translate business strategy into actionable analytics roadmaps across functions
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
- Develop scenario models to evaluate strategic options and external market dynamics
2. Advanced Analytics & Solution Delivery
- Lead the design and deployment of advanced analytics solutions, including predictive modeling and machine learning
- Champion adoption of next-generation analytics techniques (e.g., Gen AI)
- Oversee scalable data pipelines and analytics systems leveraging modern cloud platforms
3. Stakeholder Influence & Enterprise Collaboration
- Partner with senior leaders across Client Coverage, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Influence decision-making by translating complex analytics into actionable business insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on analytics-driven strategy and execution
4. Data Governance & Quality
- Establish and enforce strong data governance, quality, and compliance standards
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and integrity of analytics outputs across the organization
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team
- Set standards for analytical rigor, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement
- Mentor senior team members and build scalable analytics capabilities across the function
6. Delivery Excellence & Problem Solving
- Act as escalation point for complex analytics challenges
- Ensure quality, timeliness, and impact of all deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes, tools, and methodologies
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Significant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles
- Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering measurable business impact
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a matrixed global organization
Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques (e.g., ML, predictive modeling, forecasting)
- Experience designing scalable data solutions and analytics platforms
- Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, BI tools)
Leadership & Communication
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
