The Role

Flexcube Application Support Lead manages the stability, performance, and enhancements of Oracle's core banking platform (Flexcube), leading teams to resolve complex incidents, handle production issues, manage upgrades, and ensure smooth operations for financial institutions, requiring deep technical skills in Flexcube, database, PL/SQL, and strong stakeholder communication. Location - Thrissur/Kochi - Kerala

• Incident & Problem Management: Leading the resolution of high-priority production issues and root cause analysis.
• Team Leadership: Guiding application support teams, delegating tasks, and fostering collaboration.
• Technical Expertise: Providing deep technical support for Flexcube modules (Core, Retail, Treasury, etc.).
• Change Management: Overseeing system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and application enhancements.
• Monitoring & Performance: Ensuring system health, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaising with business users, IT teams, and vendors to manage expectations and resolve issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• 12-18 years of experience in in supporting and developing Oracle Flexcube.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Forms, Java, databases, and monitoring tools.

Banking Knowledge: Understanding of core banking processes and modules.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
