About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Senior Data Analyst, you will: 

  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong organizational and technical skills for the position of Lead Data Engineer. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable reporting, advanced analytics, and AI/ML use cases across the organization.
  • Architect and build analytics‑optimized data models in Snowflake, leveraging star schema and dimensional modeling to support enterprise semantic layers.
  • Design, develop, and orchestrate robust data pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpipe, dbt, Python, and Apache Airflow to deliver trusted, analytics‑ready data.
  • Integrate Snowflake with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake) to create a unified enterprise data layer that supports BI, self‑service analytics, and AI/ML workloads.
  • Build and maintain enterprise semantic models in Fabric / Power BI, enabling consistent metrics, governed self‑service analytics, and sub‑second performance using Direct Lake and advanced DAX.
  • Develop AI‑ready data backbones that support predictive analytics, machine learning, and LLM‑based use cases, with embedded data quality, observability, and lifecycle considerations.
  • Partner with analytics, data science, and business teams to enable AI/ML consumption through semantic models, ensuring alignment between features, metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Explore and analyze diverse datasets to assess data availability, shape analytical datasets, and support experimentation and AI‑driven insights.
  • Design analytical frameworks and reusable datasets that accelerate insight generation and enterprise decision‑making.
  • Provide technical leadership and drive initiatives end‑to‑end, from architecture and design through delivery and adoption.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, analytics, product, and executive audiences within a global organization.

About You

You're a fit for the Senior Data Analyst, if your background includes:

  • Candidate should have minimum experience of 6+ years of corporate experience in data engineering, enterprise analytics, or related technical roles.
  • Strong hands‑on expertise in Snowflake (SnowSQL, Snowpipe), advanced SQL, and Python.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouses, OneLake, Notebooks) and Power BI, including enterprise semantic modeling and advanced DAX.
  • Deep experience designing dimensional and semantic data models that support enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Strong proficiency with dbt and Apache Airflow for building modular, CI/CD‑enabled, production‑grade data pipelines.
  • Experience delivering end‑to‑end analytics data journeys, from operational source systems through transformation to data lakes and enterprise warehouses.
  • Hands‑on experience or strong exposure to AI/ML platforms, predictive analytics, and generative AI use cases, including preparing data for LLM consumption.
  • Ability to design and operate analytics platforms that scale across domains, enabling governed self‑service and advanced insights.
  • Understanding of Data Strategy and Data Governance processes.
  • Working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
