Aufgaben
- Absicherung und technische Weiterentwicklung von OT-Umgebungen an Biogasanlagenstandorten
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von OT-Sicherheitskonzepten für industrielle Systeme
- Mitarbeit im Schwachstellen- und Risikomanagement für OT und angrenzende IT
- Entwicklung von Konzepten zu Netzwerksegmentierung, Zonenmodell und sicherem Zugriff
- Einführung und Optimierung von Remote Access für externe Partner und Serviceteams
- Mitwirkung an Backup-, Restore- und Notfallkonzepten für produktionsnahe Systeme
- Abstimmung mit Anlagentechnik, IT, Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
- Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und betrieblicher Prozesse
Profil
- Mehrjährige Praxis im Umfeld IT, OT, Automatisierung, Leittechnik oder Industrial Security
- Gutes Verständnis industrieller Systeme, z. B. SPS, SCADA, HMI, Leitsysteme oder Fernwirktechnik
- Erfahrung mit Segmentierung, sicherem Fernzugriff sowie Backup-/Restore-Konzepten
- Praxis in OT-nahen Infrastrukturen, z. B. als OT Security Engineer (m/w/d), ICS Security Engineer (m/w/d), Automatisierungsingenieur (m/w/d) oder Netzwerkingenieur (m/w/d)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in IEC 62443 und im Umfeld von ISO 27001
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für technische Abstimmungen
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamorientierung sowie Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20 %
