Als Payroll Specialist bei Snke sind Sie ein wesentlicher Bestandteil unseres Finance Teams und tragen maßgeblich zur reibungslosen Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung bei.
- Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung inklusive aller vor- und nachgelagerten Tätigkeiten
- Eigenständige Beurteilung sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlicher Sachverhalte
- Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern sowie Behörden und Ämtern
- Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
- Ansprechpartner:in für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um Entgeltabrechnung, Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuer
- Mitarbeit in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung
- Berechnung und Verbuchung von Rückstellungen
- Erstellung von Reports sowie Auswertung personalrelevanter Kennzahlen und Statistiken
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der operativen Entgeltabrechnung Fundierte Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Teamfähigkeit und eine positive, humorvolle Persönlichkeit
