Du unterstützt unser Product Consulting Team bei der täglichen Arbeit und übernimmst gelegentlich Aufgaben im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten, beispielsweise das Erstellen von Websites sowie Landingpages Im Rahmen von Kundenanfragen nimmst du Anpassungen in CSS, HTML, JavaScript oder unserer Automatisierungssoftware vor Du kümmerst dich um die Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs im Hinblick auf relevante Milestones im Projektmanagement-Tool Du unterstützt unser Onsite-Team bei der Datenintegration zwischen der Online-Registrierung und vor-Ort-Lösungen Du kümmerst dich um die Konfiguration, Prüfung und den Versand von Hardware (z.B. Scannern) Du unterstützt unsere Kunden beim Einlassmanagement vor Ort (inkl. Auf- und Abbau) sowie remote Du arbeitest aktiv an Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung mit und bringst eigene Ideen und Vorschläge ein
Du bist noch mindestens 3 Semester an einer Hochschule immatrikuliert und studierst idealerweise (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder ein ähnliches/vergleichbares Fach Du möchtest 16-20 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten Du bist IT-affin, bist souverän im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Programmen bzw. bereit, dich in neue Software einzuarbeiten Du hast bereits Grundkenntnisse in CSS, HTML und JavaScript und Lust, diese weiter auszubauen Du bringst Servicementalität, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit und hast auch Lust auf direkten Kundenkontakt Neben fließendem Deutsch bringst du sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit Eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
