Als Werkstudent: in im Bereich AI Engineering unterstützt Du uns beim Aufbau und Betrieb KI-gestützter Produkte für die Finanzbranche. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Software, Data und AI, evaluierst Modellqualität, entwickelst Automatisierungen und hilfst dabei, skalierbare Lösungen für reale Business-Probleme zu bauen. Dabei sammelst Du hands-on Erfahrung mit modernen AI-Technologien in einem produktionsnahen Umfeld. Evaluation & Daten Aufbau und Betrieb von Evaluations-Pipelines für LLM-basierte Systeme Analyse von Metriken, Identifikation von Edge Cases und Tracking der Qualität Erstellung und Pflege von Golden- und Silver-Datasets Verwendung von Evaluierungsframeworks und Tools wie Langfuse Engineering & Automatisierung Entwicklung von Python-Skripten zur Automatisierung (APIs, Datenverarbeitung, Monitoring) Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme Zusammenarbeit Austausch mit Engineering-Teams zur Verbesserung von Qualität und Stabilität Proaktive Mitarbeit bei technischen Fragestellungen
Das bringst Du mit Eingeschriebene:r Student:in (Informatik, Data Science o. ä.) Gute Python-Kenntnisse (über Notebooks hinaus) Erfahrung mit REST APIs (JSON, Authentifizierung) Grundverständnis von Machine Learning Git Workflow (Branches, PRs) Fähigkeit, AI-Outputs kritisch zu bewerten (Code und Daten) Lösungsorientierte Denkweise Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Nice to Have Erfahrung mit LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) Vektordatenbanken (z. B. Qdrant) AI Coding Tools (Copilot, Cursor etc.)
