Aufgaben
- Als Haustechniker (m/w/d) überwachen und betreuen Sie die technischen Gebäudeanlagen und sorgen für einen störungsfreien Betrieb
- Sie kontrollieren sicherheitsrelevante Einrichtungen und dokumentieren Wartungs- sowie Prüfarbeiten
- Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie externe Dienstleister und unterstützen bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und Ersatzteilen
- Sie übernehmen allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten und unterstützen bei Umzügen, Veranstaltungen sowie dem Winterdienst
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) oder über eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Haustechniker (m/w/d), Gebäudetechniker (m/w/d), Hausmeister (m/w/d) oder Servicetechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) mit
- Erforderlich sind technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an der Betreuung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
- Zusätzlich arbeiten Sie selbstständig, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert
- Wichtig sind gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie die Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst
