Du analysierst bestehende Strukturen, richtest die Lösung ein, bindest vorhandene Systeme an und begleitest unsere Kunden bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Ansprechpartnern unserer Kunden sowie unserem Produktteam zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Implementierung und Konfiguration von LEDOX365 in den Microsoft-365-Tenants unserer Kunden
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Systemlandschaften
- Einrichtung von Single Sign-on über Microsoft Entra ID
- Konfiguration der Datenhaltung auf SharePoint Online
- Integration von Systemen wie DocuSign, Adobe Sign, SAP oder Salesforce über bestehende Connectoren
- Durchführung von Workshops, Anwenderschulungen und Begleitung von Go-Lives
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Vertrags-, Vorgangs- und Compliance-Prozesse
- Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen Rollout-Projekten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam
Was du mitbringst
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration, Betreuung oder Einführung von Microsoft-365-Lösungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und Microsoft Entra ID
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Lösungen und der Integration von Geschäftsanwendungen
- Verständnis für Rollen-, Berechtigungs- und Authentifizierungskonzepte
- Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kunden sowie an beratenden Tätigkeiten
- Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft für Kundenprojekte
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
