Role Description

  • A Sales manager (Assets & Liability Products) manages telephonic campaigns to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • The role focuses on selling retail loan products (Assets) and mobilizing low-cost deposits (Liabilities) to meet assigned financial targets.

Your key responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Outbound Prospecting: Call potential customers from provided databases to pitch banking products.
  • Asset Sales: Market and sell Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Working Capital.
  • Liability Mobilization: Source new Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up on digital leads, website inquiries, and dropped application funnels.
  • Product Guidance: Explain interest rates, processing fees, loan eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
  • Query Resolution: Address customer grievances, product doubts, and fee-related questions professionally.

Your skills and experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or Finance preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, banking, financial services, or BPO outbound sales.
  • Strong command over regional languages and English (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LMS, and Excel.
