As our Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will be the primary technical face of our company during the critical integration and development phases. You won’t just sit at your desk; you will be on-site with leading automotive OEMs and industrial giants, ensuring our Battery Management Systems (BMS) are integrated perfectly and performing at their peak.
From deep-dive trace analysis using debugging tools to hands-on commissioning of high-voltage systems, you are the "bridge" that turns technical challenges into successful product launches.
Your future tasks at a glance
- On-site Expert: Lead commissioning and testing activities at customer facilities, ensuring our BMS integrates seamlessly with their powertrain or energy storage systems.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform complex trace analyses and debugging to identify root causes in communication or functional behavior.
- Issue Management: Act as the first line of defense for customer claims; review technical issues and translate them into actionable Hardware or Software bug tickets for our R&D teams.
- Rapid Response: Provide urgent on-site assistance for critical "line-down" or vehicle-level issues, acting as a calm and competent partner under pressure.
- Strategic Representation: Represent our technical interests in customer meetings, building trust through engineering excellence and a solution-oriented mindset.
What you bring with you
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in ECU development or automotive battery systems. You have a deep understanding of automotive protocols (CAN, Ethernet, UDS Diagnostics).

- Mobility: High willingness to travel (approx. 50%) to support our partners on-site.
