Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „IT Support Specialist 2nd Level (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Technischer IT-Support (m/w/d) übernehmen den Second-Level-Support für Mitarbeitende sowie angebundene Außenstellen und Tochtergesellschaften bei technischen IT-Anfragen
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Betrieb der Client-Infrastruktur sicher und analysieren sowie beheben technische Störungen
- Serviceanfragen bearbeiten Sie eigenständig und entwickeln nachhaltige Lösungen im Client-Umfeld
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner unterstützen Sie Anwender bei komplexen IT-Problemen und sorgen für eine hohe Servicequalität
- Darüber hinaus wirken Sie an der Optimierung des operativen IT-Betriebs und der Supportprozesse mit
Qualifikation
- Grundlage bildet eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen bereits Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), IT-Service-Desk-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder IT-Administrator (m/w/d) mit
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft Office, Netzwerktechnik sowie im Client- und Hardwareumfeld
- Erfahrungen mit Softwareverteilung (z. B. Matrix42 Empirum), Ticketsystemen und Remote-Support sind von Vorteil
- Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
