Aufgaben
- Du planst, erstellst und veröffentlichst Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle.
- Du entwickelst kreative Kampagnen und bringst neue Ideen ein, um unsere Marke weiter wachsen zu lassen
- Du analysierst die Performance unserer Kanäle und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Design-, Content- und Performance-Marketing-Team sowie externen Partnern zusammen
- Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst eigenverantwortlich Marketingprojekte – von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Projekten den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass alle Projekte termingerecht umgesetzt werden
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Projekte und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten optimal zusammenarbeiten
- Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst unsere Marketingprozesse kontinuierlich weiter.
Qualifikation
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Social-Media- oder Content-Marketing mit – idealerweise im FMCG- oder Food-Bereich
- Du bist kreativ, hast ein gutes Gespür für Storytelling und weißt, wie man Content viral gehen lässt
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Tools (z. B. Later, Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut) und gängigen Analyse-Tools
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich (oder relevante Praxiserfahrung)
- Du überzeugst durch ein kommunikatives, kreatives und empathisches Auftreten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du bringst Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Begeisterung für unsere Produkte und Mission mit
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (mind. C1) und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
