Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Neufahrn suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Personalsachbearbeiter Zeitwirtschaft (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) bearbeiten Sie Zeiterfassungsvorgänge und unterstützen Mitarbeitende bei allen Fragen rund um Arbeitszeiten und Zeitkonten
- Sie bearbeiten Anträge zu Nebentätigkeiten, Teilzeitbeschäftigungen sowie Arbeits- und Dienstbefreiungen und verwalten Urlaubsansprüche
- Darüber hinaus erfassen Sie An- und Abwesenheiten in SAP und pflegen digitale Personalakten in Fabasoft
- Zusätzlich organisieren Sie arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorgeuntersuchungen und unterstützen das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben im Personalmanagement
- Sie stellen eine sorgfältige, termingerechte und datenschutzkonforme Bearbeitung aller personalrelevanten Vorgänge sicher
Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Verwaltungsfachangestellter (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder über eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Berufserfahrung als Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d), Sachbearbeiter Personalwesen (m/w/d), Mitarbeiter Personaladministration (m/w/d) oder HR Assistant (m/w/d) mit
- Zudem bringen Sie bereits erste Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Personalrecht mit
- Zusätzlich sind sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SAP, ATOSS oder vergleichbaren HR-Systemen wünschenswert
- Wichtig sind eine strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Diskretion sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
