Aufgaben
Deine Aufgaben
Phase 1 – Accounting
- Unterstützung bei der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Finanzbuchhaltung
- Mitwirkung bei Bankbuchungen und Kontenabstimmungen
- Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
- Kennenlernen unseres ERP-Systems und unserer Finance-Prozesse
Phase 2 – Controlling
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und KPI-Auswertungen
- Mitarbeit bei Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen
- Durchführung einfacher Abweichungsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
- Aufbereitung von Daten für Managemententscheidungen
Individuelle Vertiefung
Nach deiner Einarbeitung kannst du – abhängig von deinen Interessen und unseren aktuellen Projekten – deinen Schwerpunkt setzen und zusätzlich an Themen wie Reporting, Digitalisierung, Business Intelligence oder Prozessoptimierung mitarbeiten.
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit
- Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Controlling
- Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Excel
- Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Teamgeist
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
