- Integrate models into simulation environments for advanced performance and functional analysis.
- Drive model-based design and verification activities, ensuring alignment with system goals and project timelines.
- Analyze simulation results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable feedback to improve system architecture and design.
- Maintain, update, and enhance models in response to evolving requirements.
- Document models for reuse and scalability across multiple projects.
- Conduct regression testing and ensure long-term model reliability.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, SystemC, and MATLAB.
- Familiarity with Python and the Pytest framework.
- Proven ability to lead small technical teams and manage project deliverables.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Intelligence, enthusiasm, and a solid work ethic are highly valued for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with RF systems, mixed-signal design, or aerospace/defense applications.
- Hands-on expertise with advanced simulation tools and environments.
- Knowledge of hardware/software co-design and verification methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and collaborative engineering workflows.
