Aufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen Erstellung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen
- Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen in enger Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung
- Aufbereitung und Pflege von Kennzahlen für Produktion, Vertrieb und Logistik in Excel und Power BI
- Auswertung und Pflege von Stammdaten und Bewegungsdaten im ERP-System als Basis für belastbares Controlling
- Weiterentwicklung und Pflege bestehender Reporting-Strukturen in Power BI und LucaNet in einem produktionsnahen Unternehmensumfeld
- Unterstützung beim Einsatz von Effizienzsteigerung im Controlling
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung als Business-Partner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen
- Viel Gestaltungsfreiraum mit der Möglichkeit viel zu bewegen
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (z. B. Controlling, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Zusatzqualifikation
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, z. B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeit oder eine erste Berufsstation
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Power BI von Vorteil
- Erste Berührungspunkte mit ERP-Systemen und/oder Konsolidierungstools wie LucaNet wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
- Interesse an neuen Technologien, insbesondere am Einsatz von KI im Controlling-Alltag
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
