Job Title: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Business Requirements and Product Ownership Support
Location: Pune, India

Role Description
The role holder will support the modernization of Deutsche Bank’s privileged access management (“neo-PAM”). PAM is a foundational cyber security control, governing access to the Bank’s most critical applications and infrastructure. The neo-PAM initiative defines a new PAM operating model aligned with end user and business requirements, DB control definitions, regulatory expectations and industry standards. Given the risk profile of privileged access, a future proof product and solution design is critical to DB’s security posture, audit defensibility and user acceptance.
The role holder will act as authority and domain expert for future-proof PAM business requirements and the PAM product vision, working closely with the PAM Business Product Owner, PAM Control Owner and neo-PAM leadership to ensure accelerated delivery is matched with sustainable, regulatorily sound outcomes that meet business needs.

Your key responsibilities
- defining and maintaining the product vision for privileged access management,
- in close alignment with the broader identity & access and cyber security strategies of DB and evolving regulatory requirements
- identify emerging trends for privileged access management and maximizing satisfaction levels of different user groups
- defining (business) requirements and maintaining a well-defined and prioritized backlog of (business) requirements
- ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies for privileged access solutions
- defining future-proof business processes for privileged access management, acting as technical product owner and supporting go live processes / product releases
- close collaboration with business product owners and control owners, taking delegate roles where required / applicable
- leading discussions with various stakeholders / presentations
Your skills and experience
The role requires
- deep expertise across PAM, identity & access management (IAM) and related cyber security domains,
- knowledge and understanding of diverse platforms (DB’s environment is highly complex, spanning various platforms, including mainframes, databases, and SaaS solutions),
- understanding of regulatory requirements and experience with conflicting business requirements,
- ability to shape and own PAM business requirements in the face of conflicting priorities,
- ability to resolve cross functional issues across TDI, central security, and audit,
- ability to represent and defend DB’s PAM modernization approach in governance / design forums,
- being a self-starter, quick learner and team player.
