Key Role & Responsibilities

Product Roadmap Execution: Own the delivery roadmap for TOC initiatives across PS, CV, and Support. Break down strategic priorities into quarterly plans, sprints, and clearly scoped deliverables.

Requirements & Discovery: Conduct structured discovery with business stakeholders across PS, CS, and Support to document pain points, usage patterns, and workflow gaps. Translate insights into detailed PRDs and user stories.

AI & Workflow Automation: Identify and drive AI agent deployment opportunities — including intelligent ticket routing, PS delivery accelerators, and automated customer health signals — in close partnership with engineering.

Engineering Collaboration: Serve as the primary product interface for engineering squads. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, clarify requirements, and sign off on acceptance criteria and QA.

Data & Metrics: Own product KPIs. Build dashboards in Databricks, Salesforce, or BI tools to monitor adoption, automation rates, and time-to-value across post-sales workflows.

Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with India-based product team and global business teams. Prepare clear written updates, roadmap reviews, and escalation briefs for senior leadership.

Tool & Platform Management: Manage backlog and feature lifecycle for internal tooling platforms. Contribute to decisions on third-party integrations and vendor-platform trade-offs relevant to the CIO portfolio.

Go-Live & Enablement: Support end-to-end product launches including UAT coordination, training material preparation, change communications, and adoption tracking post-release.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct exposure to professional services, customer success, or support tooling domains.

Post-Sales Domain Knowledge: Working understanding of PS delivery workflows, customer onboarding, CSM tooling, ticket management, SLA tracking, and escalation processes.

Technical Acumen: Strong ability to partner with engineering on system architecture, API integrations, and data flows. SQL familiarity or comfort working with data analysts to define KPIs and pull insights.

Execution & Ownership: Track record of driving product features end-to-end — from discovery to launch — with measurable outcomes and a bias for action.

Written & Verbal Communication: Strong documentation skills (PRDs, decision memos, stakeholder updates). Confident communicator across time zones with India-based teams and cross-functional teams.

Analytical Tools: Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, or similar tools for backlog management, requirements tracking, and metric reporting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated effectiveness working in a matrixed global environment with engineering, design, operations, and senior leadership stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

AI/ML Product Deployment: Experience shipping AI-powered features or workflow agents — such as LLM-based assistants, auto-classification systems, or intelligent routing — into enterprise product environments.

CIO / Internal Tools Experience: Prior experience building internal enterprise tooling in a product management capacity, especially for operations, delivery, or support teams at scale.

Platform Familiarity: Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud, Gainsight, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or low-code automation tools (e.g., UnifyApps) in a product or implementation context.

Automotive / DMS Domain: Exposure to automotive retail technology or DMS ecosystems is a plus but not required.

Agile Delivery: Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience — running standups, sprint reviews, backlog grooming — in a fast-paced engineering-integrated team.

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution — required.

MBA or equivalent management degree (PGDM accepted) from a recognized institution — required.

Certifications in AI/ML, Product Management (e.g., Product School, AIPMM), or Agile methodologies — preferred.
