Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in Potsdam suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Hausmeister (m/w/d)“.
Aufgaben
- Als Hausmeister (m/w/d) führen Sie Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Gebäuden und technischen Anlagen durch
- Zudem überwachen Sie den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Gebäudetechnik und beheben Störungen eigenständig
- Auch koordinieren Sie externe Dienstleister bei größeren Maßnahmen und stellen die Qualität der Ausführung sicher
- Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie Inspektionsrundgänge, pflegen Außenanlagen inklusive Winterdienst und sorgen für Ordnung im Objekt
- Zusätzlich dokumentieren Sie Arbeiten, melden Instandsetzungsbedarfe und unterstützen bei der technischen Objektbetreuung
Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung, z. B. als Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Zudem bringen Sie Kenntnisse bereits Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister (m/w/d), Haustechniker (m/w/d), Facility Manager (m/w/d) oder einem ähnlichen Bereich mit
- Auch arbeiten Sie selbstständig, strukturiert und zeichnen sich durch eine ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung aus
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS Office
- Zudem besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B und überzeugen durch Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
