Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications related to Dynamics 365 CE.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, User Acceptance (UAT), and End-to-End testing.
• Validate Dynamics 365 CE modules including: Sales Customer Service Marketing Field Service Custom Entities and Business Processes
• Test CRM customizations such as: Plugins Workflows Power Automate Flows JavaScript Customizations Business Rules
• Verify integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using REST APIs, Azure Services, Power Platform, and third-party applications.
• Execute data migration and data validation testing.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Azure DevOps/JIRA.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Solution Architects, and Product Owners.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure test coverage and maintain testing documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM architecture.
