Aufgaben
- Aufnahme, Analyse und Bewertung operativer Anforderungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Mobilfunk-Teams vor Ort
- Übersetzung der fachlichen Spezifikationen in strukturierte Briefings für das Entwicklerteam in Indien
- Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der App mit klarem Fokus auf Usability
- Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und digitale Neugestaltung von Workflows
Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung als Product Owner, im Produktmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle wünschenswert
- Digital Native mit ausgeprägtem Verständnis für digitale Prozesse und Tools
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, zwischen operativen Teams und Entwicklern zu vermitteln
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. 1 Woche pro Monat)
- Kenntnisse Programmieren wünschenswert
