Account Supervisor, Client Leadership - Temporary Worker

Job Description:

This is a temporary position. Employees must be based in the United States and this is a W2 only position.

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to lead our internal client teams and forge client relationships across all lines of business.This role will support a large retail client, with a focus on social media and influencer marketing campaigns. You will be an integral part of client relationship building, creative andsocialcampaign development, and overall day-to-day management, while motivating a cross-functional team. Assumes responsibility for most day-to-day client contact and cross-functional team operations.

Findsappropriate merchandisingmoments and proactivelyidentifiesareas of opportunity to growaccountand drive revenue.

Acts asgate-keeperinidentifyingred flags and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risk.

Contributes to and/or may develop scopes of work, quarterly businessreviewsor Account Reviews.

Oversees cross-department involvement and knows when toleveragenecessary resources.

Leads majority of client communications, sets expectations, and managesquality ofdeliverables todeadline.

Develops & presents recommendations & POVs that drive innovation for the business.

Oversees client budget management, the billingprocessand contributes to forecasting.

Assiststeam leads in allfacetsnecessary.

Qualifications:

Motivates cross-functional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team and selling it to the client.

Demonstrates strong presentation skills.

Persuasive storyteller who can work with/present toany client.

Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients.

Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client’s business

Demonstrates a strong passion for social media and a deep understanding of emerging trends, platform best practices, and evolving digital landscapes

Acts judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team & direct reports.

Leadsbyexample.

Establishes the tone& cultureof the team.

Anticipates & proactivelyaddresseschallenges/issues.

Conduct themselves with character & integrity.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience

Digital experience preferred

The hourly pay range for this position is $75 - $80 per hour. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
