About the role

They are looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the delivery of product initiatives across their cloud-based platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who wants hands-on exposure to product development, cross-functional collaboration, and agile delivery within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to help transform ideas into successfully launched features, support product quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvements throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of product features and enhancements across the platform
  • Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Jira and Confluence
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery within agile sprint environments
  • Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, prioritization, and release coordination
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams to better understand user needs and operational challenges
  • Participate in customer calls, feedback sessions, and product discussions to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Help test new features and support QA validation before deployment
  • Monitor product usage and user feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities
  • Assist with product documentation, release notes, and internal communications
  • Utilize collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, HubSpot, and Office Suite in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams across different time zones
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a SaaS environment
  • Basic understanding of agile processes, sprint cycles, and product delivery workflows
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS products, B2B platforms, or technology-driven environments is advantageous
