- Conduct UX research and analyze customer behavior to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Continuously improve site usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Design experiences that improve engagement, conversion rates, average order value, and retention.
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to develop and test new landing pages, offers, and funnels.
- Use analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing insights to guide design decisions.

- Advocate for high-quality visual design and user experience across the organization.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and eCommerce managers to launch campaigns and site improvements.
- Mentor and provide feedback to designers and creative team members.
- Drive projects from concept through execution with minimal supervision.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in DTC eCommerce, consumer brands, or high-growth startups.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX thinking and visual design.
- Proven experience improving conversion rates and customer experiences through design.
- Expertise in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and product teams.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools.
- Experience designing subscription, retention, or loyalty program experiences.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
Success in This Role
You will be successful if you:
- Take ownership and accountability for the customer experience.
- Make decisions grounded in customer insights and data.
- Move quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Embrace experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Care deeply about both customer outcomes and business results.
Why Join Us?
- Opportunity to shape the customer experience of a growing DTC brand.
- High-impact role with direct influence on revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment.
- Freedom to experiment, innovate, and drive meaningful change.
If you're passionate about creating exceptional eCommerce experiences and want to help build a category-leading brand, we'd love to hear from you.
