Position Summary

What You’ll Do

  • Drive all Instant Product reporting, forecasting and budgeting tools & processes
  • Lead pricing analysis for instant ticket RFPs and ad-hoc commercial opportunities, from initial evaluation through final bid recommendation
  • Model and monitor internal printing capacity and demand on an ongoing basis, maintaining a current view of available capacity, utilization, and upcoming constraints
  • Evaluate the trade-offs between new opportunities and existing contracted demand to optimize highest and best use of capacity
  • Develop and refine pricing models, including bundled offerings, volume incentives, and performance-based structures
  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence on pricing, product features, and contract terms across key competitors
  • Partner with sales, operations, and finance to translate pricing strategy into winning bids and sound commercial terms
  • Conduct post-bid and post-award analysis to refine pricing approaches and improve win rates and margins over time
  • Present pricing recommendations and supporting analysis to commercial leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial analytics, FP&A, strategy, or a related analytical role
  • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel; comfort building bottoms-up cost, capacity, and margin models from scratch
  • Experience evaluating capacity-constrained or manufacturing-driven businesses is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, government or B2B contracting, or the lottery/gaming industry is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, business, or a related quantitative field
  • Comfortable working with incomplete information and iterating quickly as deals develop

Nice to Have

  • SQL and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Exposure to game theory, auction theory, or competitive bidding strategy
  • Prior work in print, packaging, or other capacity-driven manufacturing environments
