What You'll Typically Be Doing

• Developing creative concepts and product solutions.
• Translating consumer, shopper and market insights into engaging design ideas.
• Creating and delivering high‑quality creative work across multiple product formats.
• Collaborating with Creative, Product, Editorial and Artworking teams.
• Working within Critical Date Paths and project timelines.
• Contributing to range development and product innovation.
• Supporting customer presentations and creative reviews where required.
• Balancing creative excellence with commercial and production considerations.
• Maintaining high creative, technical and brand standards.
• Contributing ideas, trends and inspiration that help shape future product ranges.

We're Interested In Hearing From People With

• Experience within a relevant creative, design or art direction role.
• Strong visual, conceptual and creative thinking skills.
• Experience working within consumer products, greetings cards, gifting, stationery, FMCG or related industries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of design within a commercial environment.
• Experience working to deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong technical and digital design capability.
• The ability to interpret consumer insight and translate it into compelling creative solutions.
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions‑focused approach.
• Experience managing stakeholders, creative projects or creative teams is advantageous for Art Director and Design Manager level opportunities.
