- Analyse authentication trends, error patterns, and product data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Own and drive medium- to large-scale projects related to new brand and product support, knowledge structure, tooling, or content strategy, including defining scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Create advanced documentation, product intelligence frameworks, and reference materials that support expert-level decision-making.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to inform how knowledge is structured, tagged, and surfaced within Entrupy’s platforms.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of training programs, helping raise the overall expertise of the global authentication team.
- Stay ahead of market trends, brand updates, and emerging counterfeit techniques, translating insights into actionable knowledge assets.
- Mentor and provide guidance to more junior Knowledge Analysts, supporting team growth and consistency.

- High attention to detail paired with strong judgment and investigative instincts.
- Comfort working with large visual datasets, structured documentation, and analytical tools (spreadsheets, tagging systems, internal platforms).
- A collaborative mindset and confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Deep interest in fashion, luxury, craftsmanship, and the role of authentication in protecting consumers and brands.
