- Experience integrating AI into development
- Familiarity with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, Agent, RAG, MCP etc.,)
- Ability to evaluate AI models for performance, bias, and scalability

3. Azure Cloud Expertise

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Azure Functions / App Services

- Designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures
