What you’ll do
As a Commercial Lines Producer at Mitch, you’lltarget a wide-open client field toactively prospect and develop your own pipeline.We’llalso provide qualified leads to supplementyour efforts.
Your expertise and professionalism will shine as you advisesmall andmediumbusinesses on theirrisk exposure. You’llhave access to products from all of Canada’s top commercial carriers to design tailoredinsurance programs and solutions.You’llestablish strong client relationships built on trust. You want to be recognizedas a strategic advisor – not a salesperson.
We’ll provide an Account Manager to support withservice, renewals, and the administrative side of things, so that you can focus on building your portfolio.

Your qualifications
You’ve worked as a Commercial Producer or Sales Broker at an insurance brokerage for at least two years and have your RIBO licence.
Salary
Target earnings of $50,000–$120,000, comprised of salary advances and commission, with significant income growth potential as your portfolio expands.
