Role Purpose:
Jumio is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product & Project Marketing Specialist to support our growing product marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project or program management experience in enterprise software who is looking to transition into or grow within product marketing. You will work closely with our Product Marketing Director to coordinate go-to-market efforts, manage launch execution, contribute to content creation, and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a high-growth opportunity in a fast-paced, bleeding-edge software company at the intersection of AI, identity, and cybersecurity. This is initially a defined-term role supporting a team member's leave, with strong potential to convert to permanent.

Example Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of go-to-market projects, campaigns, and product launches
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and effective deliverables
- Partner with Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing on campaign execution and content support
- Support Voice of Customer programs, including administration of customer feedback platforms (e.g., G2) and helping translate insights into messaging
- Create and edit Google slides and supporting materials for executive and customer-facing use
- Support competitive analysis and content rollout
- Organize and run meetings with internal stakeholders and track action items
- Conduct research (e.g., Gartner, market/competitive analysis) to inform positioning
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and enablement initiatives
- Help build scalable processes for launch planning and cross-functional collaboration
Special Projects
In addition to core responsibilities, this role will support several time-bound initiatives, including Sales Kickoff planning and content development, migration to a new Learning Management System, and launch support for a major upcoming product release.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in program/project management, product ops, or marketing ops within an enterprise software/SaaS company
- Experience working in or supporting product or marketing functions
- Experience supporting sales enablement content or large-scale sales events (e.g., SKO)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or product launch workflows a plus
- Strong business sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and follow-through. Precision, ownership, and proactiveness are key.
- Familiarity with customer feedback or review platforms (e.g., G2) is a plus.

Compensation
This temporary position is expected to pay an hourly rate of $70 per hour, depending on location, skills, experience, and the final employment arrangement. Geographical adjustments may apply for Tier 1 locations.
