MOVYNG Media ist eine Agentur für Video- und Content-Produktion mit Fokus auf Employer Branding und Social Media. Wir arbeiten komplett Remote im Team und suchen ab Sofort eine Assistenz der Geschäftsführung auf Minijob Basis.

- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft
- Organisation von Terminen, Meetings und Reisen
- Buchhalterische Aufgaben wie Rechnungsprüfung, Belegerfassung und vorbereitende Buchhaltung
- Kleinere Rechercheaufgaben und Organisation
Qualifikation
Das bringst du mit
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick und ein Auge fürs Detail
- Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungsprogrammen wie z.B. SevDesk
- Erfahrung in Assistenz- oder Office-Management-Aufgaben
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
- Freundliches, serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Grundlegende Buchhaltungskenntnisse sind ein Plus
