Job Responsibilities
- Define and own Semarchy’s technology partnership strategy, exploring and prioritizing potential technical alignment with other technology vendors across the data and AI ecosystem.
- Own the technical relationship with our strategic technology partners: lead roadmap discussions, technical alignment, and advanced configuration conversations with partner product and engineering counterparts.
- Ensure Semarchy capitalizes early on new Snowflake platform capabilities, and that our Native App strategy stays ahead of the Snowflake roadmap.
- Deepen technical alignment with Microsoft — where Semarchy’s technology works with Microsoft Fabric and Purview — including integration architecture, platform certifications, and marketplace technical requirements.
- Build relationships with partner engineering, partner technical, and ISV teams to establish Semarchy’s technical credibility on each platform.
- Establish and maintain joint technical escalation paths with Support and Professional Services for pre/post-sales support and joint problem resolution.
- Serve as the technical voice of the partnerships in reviews with Semarchy leadership.
- Establish the repeatable playbook — technical evaluation, product integration, roadmap alignment — that future technology partnerships will follow.
- As the portfolio scales, help define the team needed to support it, with the opportunity to hire and lead.
- Drive product management for Semarchy’s partner-aligned solutions — expanding our Snowflake-aligned capabilities and our alignment with Microsoft Fabric — working day-to-day with the Head of Product Management and engineering teams in France.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from customers, partners, partner field teams, analysts, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized roadmap for the Snowflake Native App and related capabilities.
- Produce specifications, refine and organize the product backlog, and partner with engineering to deliver high-value features and product iterations.
- Champion the solutions internally and externally — with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams — and feed their input back into product strategy and positioning.
- Work closely with product marketing and marketing to ensure positioning, launch content, and partner-facing assets accurately reflect joint technical capabilities.
- Support sales and alliance teams as the technical authority on partner platforms — helping them understand what is possible, what is roadmapped, and how joint solutions are architected.
- Partner with enablement teams to develop technically accurate training, demos, and assets for internal teams and partner field organizations.
- Ensure Snowflake, Microsoft, and Semarchy owners are connected across Product Management, Support, and Professional Services, and keep Product, GTM, and Operations working against one shared partner plan.
- Snowflake and Microsoft product and engineering teams know exactly who owns the technical relationship with Semarchy.
- The Snowflake solutions roadmap is visibly shaped by partner and customer input, and product releases land in sync with partner platform milestones and joint GTM motions.
- Sales, marketing, and alliance teams have a trusted technical authority on partner platforms — joint solutions are well-architected and well-understood.
- Product, GTM, and Operations work against one shared partner plan.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise software, including 5+ years in technical partnerships, partner engineering, solutions leadership, or product management roles within cloud ecosystems.
- Proven success driving technical and product alignment with one or more of: Snowflake, Microsoft/Azure, or other major cloud data platforms.
- Hands-on product management experience: gathering requirements, writing specifications, managing a backlog, and partnering with engineering to ship.
- Deep working knowledge of the modern data stack (cloud data platforms, data management, integration, or analytics).
- Commercial savvy: a strong understanding of go-to-market practices and the ability to work effectively with product, product marketing, marketing, and sales teams.
- Comfortable operating across technology, product, and executive relationships, including with senior partner product and engineering leaders.
- Strong program management skills and high agency — driven to get things done; elite communication and soft skills, including the ability to translate technical depth for commercial audiences.
- Based in the US Central or Eastern time zone, with the flexibility to overlap with teams in France (mornings) and partners on the US West Coast (afternoons); willingness to travel (~25%) for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
- Direct experience with Snowflake Native Apps, Snowpark, or building solutions on the Snowflake Marketplace.
- Experience with the Microsoft Partner ecosystem and marketplaces.
- Domain expertise in master data management (MDM), data integration, data products, semantic intelligence.
- Experience working in a globally distributed organization across US and European time zones; French language skills are a plus.
- Experience building and leading partner engineering or product teams.
