The Role

This role functions as a strategic and operational partner to senior leaders within the Enterprise IT application services organization . The Technical Program Manager will facilitate alignment across leadership by driving clarity on priorities, tracking execution across programs, and ensuring visibility into budget, spend, and delivery health. The individual will manage governance processes using tools like Jira and Clarity, enabling informed decision-making and seamless coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at connecting dots across complex initiatives, and can translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

The Main Responsibilities

Collaborating with directors, and senior leads within the Cloud Infrastructure and Platforms organization and across groups. Prepare briefing materials, dashboards, and executive updates to support decision-making. Establish and maintain cadence for leadership reviews, program check-ins, and status updates. Serve as a central point of contact across teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Facilitate leadership forums and planning sessions to drive clarity and consensus on goals and execution paths. Craft clear, concise communications for internal and external stakeholders. Develop executive-level presentations and reports that synthesize complex information.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience Broad expertise and training in program and project management methods and strong business acumen Extensive experience pulling data and creating reports and presentations for executive leadership Strong understanding and experience with AI in a business environment 10+ years of program experience in the telecom or technology industries Scrum Master Certification a plus

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges $132,232 - $176,310 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$138,844 - $181,124 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$145,456 - $188,940 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
