Join Our Team as a Technology Transactions Lawyer at Axiom
We are currently seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with our top Tech clients on a remote or onsite basis. This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions, as well as the ability to provide entrepreneurial, pragmatic, business-oriented advice related to the client's technology agreements.
- Handling complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across client teams on complex deals for large tech companies operating on a global level.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including but not limited to SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
- Previous experience working in-house for a technology company or working with a tech industry client.
- Active bar membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
Compensation:
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
